Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging that you received and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements, will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@broadtechsg.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for your desired item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs 
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returns.
